St. James's Place -Canary Wharf

Project:  Commercial office Cat B fit out, 40                  Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London

Client:    St. James's Place Wealth                                  Management Rawlings

As part of their expansion plans, St.James’s Place acquired the fourth floor of 40 Bank Street in Canary Wharf. The fit out comprised a client facing reception, waiting area and conferencing suite, with partners’ offices and support staff occupying the remaining floorplate. Working within the strict design guidelines of the prestigious building, the layout ensures best use of natural light to working areas as well as provision of staff communal and training facilities.


Key element: Fit out within highly regulated environment
