A new build property in Sussex completed for a couple nearing retirement. The project was physically modelled which allowed for design development from the outset and ultimately lead to the home they had dreamt of for years.
 
The main living quarters are on the first floor to take advantage of views across the landscape and means that service areas such as the garage, pool plant and storage are directly accessible but kept out of sight.
 
This project was delivered by Matthew whilst working at West Architecture.
