2 Glass Wharf was the catalyst to Bristol’s post-recession development and heralds a rebirth in the city’s commercial sector.
​
Incorporating the highest standards of design, efficiency, engineering and letability, the 100,000ft², £14m development provides six floors of Grade A office space with retail and restaurant space on the ground floor. 
 
Following a significant redesign by Atkins and an efficient build programme by Wates Construction the development was completed and ready for occupation just twelve months from tender.
 
Winner of the RICS South West Commercial Award 2016.
 
Key element: Virtually column free new build flexible office.
