Existing brownfield site to be redeveloped creating a retirement community with range of 1 and 2 bed apartments alongside shared communal facilities with access to surrounding landscaped grounds and local amenities. Constrained site, notably in terms of ecology, and sensitive liaison with Natural England required. Landscaped grounds designed retention of two beautiful existing trees which will form focus of external amenity areas.
