The brief for the fit out of the new building accommodating up to 450 staff was to create a high quality working environment attracting new staff and retaining existing whilst sitting in harmony with the St. James’s Place existing adjacent headquarters.
 
Utilising natural light and a refined palette of high quality materials the fit out creates defined zones which have changing functions across the day. At the core of the building, a top lit café is used as touchdown and meeting area outside of lunchtime hours. Whilst the ground floor flexible conference suite enables a range of functions and events to be catered.
 
The scheme was the winner of the 2017 South of England and South Wales Workplace BCO Award.

This project was delivered by Duncan whilst working at Stride Treglown.
