Project:  Refurbishment of Grade II* listed                  building and commercial fit out,                    Montague Court, Newbury
Client:    St James's Place Wealth                              Management

The brief was to refurbish the Grade II* Listed Georgian Montague Court, including a new reception and refurbishment of the south wing extension creating boardroom and conferencing facilities. A sensitive and collaborative approach with the conservation officer enabled historic features to be expressed such as the historic bookcase and original glass entrance.
 
Key element: Sensitive refurbishment of Grade II* listed building.
