We are currently hiring for two roles.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and experienced Architect or Technician and Part II Architectural Assistant to join our team here in Bristol. We are a design focused practice with a diverse portfolio including projects in the Residential, Retail, Office, Social Housing and Commercial sectors. Architect / Technician Role
You will typically work as part of a team, alongside one of the Directors to assist in the design and production of schemes within the office. You will be primarily involved with the latter design stages of commercial and residential projects but also feed into smaller live residential developments.
Part II Role
You will typically work as part of a team, alongside a Project Architect or one of the Directors to assist in the design and production of schemes within the office. You will primarily be involved with the early stages of projects post planning and assisting with specific technical packages of work on larger schemes or complete packages on smaller residential projects.
Requirements for both roles

An interest and clear proficiency in technical design and delivery of work through from post planning to completion

Knowledge of Revit will be considered advantageous

Proficiency in the use of AutoCad or similar 2D based software

Proficiency in the use of MS Office and Adobe packages

Strong design and detailing skills with a good knowledge of current UK Building Regulations

Collating, organising, investigating and producing technical information for use during the development of the project design

Experience and knowledge of sustainable development best practice will be considered advantageous
-
Have an ability to think creatively, problem solve and challenge other members of the Team

Be confident in ordering personal workflow with time management, organisational skills and attention to detail a must.

Confident communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships within our team and with our valuable clients and fellow consultants
