This project renovates a family home to accommodate changing circumstances: a new open plan kitchen diner with direct access to the garden; two guest bedrooms with a washroom and utility at lower ground floor; and a top floor washroom.

 

The completed transformation allows the home to stay within the ownership of the family and provides open plan living for the next generation.
