Completed continuously over three phases to enable the family to remain in residence the works comprise: washroom and dormers to top floor creating spacious guest bedrooms; refurbishment of first floor washroom; new porch and garage; lower ground and ground floor extension and refurbishment creating master bedroom with ensuite, kitchen and snug, games room, utility, double height dining room and entrance foyer with views across landscaped gardens.
Key element: Evolved design to secure larger extension as part of dual planning consent.
